5. WhatsApp Communications & Messaging Policy

We use WhatsApp to provide convenient updates and support. By opting in, you agree to the following:

5.1 Consent & Opt-In

• By providing your WhatsApp number and/or checking a consent box, you agree to receive messages such as appointment reminders, consultation updates, or wellness tips from Aushadha Vanam.

• We will clearly identify our business name in each message.

5.2 Message Timing & Templates

• If more than 24 hours have passed since your last message to us, we may only send messages using pre-approved WhatsApp templates in accordance with WhatsApp policy.

• Non-essential or promotional messages will be sent only through these approved templates.

5.3 Right to Withdraw

• You may withdraw consent at any time by replying “STOP” to our WhatsApp messages or contacting us at aushadhavanam@gmail.com

• We will stop non-essential messaging promptly, though we may continue to send essential updates regarding an ongoing consultation or treatment.

5.4 Delivery & Reliability

• WhatsApp is a third-party platform. We cannot guarantee that all messages will be delivered or read.

• We are not liable for interruptions or changes in WhatsApp’s service.

5.5 Policy Compliance

• We comply with WhatsApp’s Business Messaging, Commerce, and API terms.

• If WhatsApp restricts or suspends our account due to policy changes or violations, we are not liable for any resulting disruption.
